The Role: As a 4WD Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for all things off-road and adventure touring. Supporting customers for a weekend off-grid or a full-scale outback expedition- you will help them choose the right gear, accessories, and setups to tackle any adventure with confidence.
Customer Service: Provide friendly, expert advice on 4WD accessories, touring setups, recovery gear, and off-road essentials Help customers plan safe and capable vehicle setups for their adventures
Product: Assist customers in selecting products suited to their vehicle and experience level. Maintain strong knowledge across bull bars, roof racks, recovery gear, suspension, towing, electrical setups, and more!
Stock: Replenish stock and ensure the 4WD department is well-presented, organised, and ready for all. Merchandising: Support in-store promotions, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns Maintain engaging displays, ensuring key 4WD products are accessible and visually appealing- Bring the outdoors- indoors!
Team: Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an engaging and informative shopping experience Share knowledge and contribute to a strong team culture built around adventure and knowledge!
About You:
A genuine passion for 4WD, off-road touring and so much more- Highly Desirable
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest 4WD gear, technology and trends.
Retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
Proactive, can-do approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a flexible part-time roster, including weekends
Full working rights within Australia
