The Role: As our Stock Team Leader, you will: Lead fast-paced retail stock operations, driving efficiency, accuracy, and flow while inspiring performance and seamless collaboration across the store.
Drive fast-paced & VOLUME stock flow—replenishment, delivery, and execution.
Power through deliveries and keep gear moving to the floor
Own high-volume stock movement in a dynamic environment
Execute floor fill and merchandising with speed and precision
Lead from the front—coach, motivate, and lift team performance
Set the pace—prioritise, delegate, and deliver under pressure
Communicate fast, clearly, and effectively across the store
Run safe, clean, and efficient stock operations every day
About You
Experience in high-volume or large-format retail stock operations- Essential
Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams- Highly Desirable
Strong understanding of inventory systems, replenishment, and stock control
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills
Clear communicator with strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Confident operations leader with accountability, resilience, and problem-solving ability
Flexible availability with a hands-on approach to an active retail role
Must Have:
Full-time availability & Full working rights within Australia
Ability to lift, bend, twist with no restrictions
