What You'll Do
Handle high-volume employee relations matters and workplace investigations
Advise Managers on performance management processes and employee development
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company HR processes and policies
Support workforce planning and organisational change initiatives
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports
Deliver training sessions and coordinate learning and development activities
What We're Looking For
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and the Fair Work Act
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
2+ years of Performance Management experience, HR Generalist or similar role
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field desirable, but not critical
