The Role:
As Store Manager, you will operate as a senior retail leader, accountable not only for store performance but for developing leaders, building succession, and setting the benchmark for operational and cultural excellence.
Lead, inspire and develop a large, diverse team of 50+ team members, including a multi-department leadership structure
Drive strong commercial performance across sales, profit, wages, inventory and customer experience
Build and execute a robust succession and talent development pipeline, preparing leaders for future stores and roles
Coach and mentor leaders to deliver consistent performance and engagement
Use your retail expertise to execute strategic plans and deliver operational excellence and long-term customer engagement.
Act as a role model and ambassador for Anaconda’s vision, values and culture
Partner closely with regional and support teams to influence outcomes beyond your store
About You
Love outdoor adventure retail and are passionate about helping customers create memorable outdoor experiences
Are an experienced Store Manager in large‑format or big‑box retail with 5+ years of leading high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
Bring an energetic, passionate leadership style and proven capability in leading, coaching and developing high performance teams
Possess strong commercial and business acumen, with a track record of delivering results, along with curiosity for constant improvement.
Industry experience in Outdoor Categories such as Camping, Hiking, Technical Outerwear, Boating and Marine (preferred, not essential)
