What You'll Do
- Process end-to-end payroll for multiple locations with precision and efficiency
- Manage leave entitlements, timesheets, and payroll queries
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and award requirements
- Collaborate with HR teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll systems
- Support month-end and year-end payroll reporting processes

About the Role
As our Payroll Officer, you'll be the backbone of our people operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our diverse workforce across Victoria. Working within our dynamic Shared Services HR team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining employee satisfaction and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For
- Proven payroll processing experience, preferably in retail or multi-location environments
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and award interpretations
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
