About the Role:
As a Store Manager, you’ll play a leading role in our team to ensure that every customer leaves with the best possible experience.

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 30+ in a dynamic big-box retail environment.
  • Drive Performance: Utilise your expertise in P&L management, KPI achievement, and trend forecasting.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee stock management and maintain high operational efficiency.
  • Elevate Standards: Implement exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.
  • Focus on Customers: Prioritise delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Build Teams: Mentor and develop talent pipelines to ensure long-term success.
  • Achieve Goals: Set and smash ambitious targets while having fun along the way.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Store leadership experience within a large-format retailer.
  • Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L analysis and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
  • A passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus!)
  • First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
  • Full-time availability, including weekends.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
