Reporting to the Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain/Stock Integrity within Financial Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, analysis, and reporting of supply chain financials—focusing on warehouse, freight, and stock integrity accounting. 

 

What you'll do

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver analysis on major supply chain costs (labour, rent, handling, domestic/international freight), support monthly/quarterly reporting, drive cost transparency across channels/stores, and reconcile overseas freight clearing accounts.
  • Month-End Accounting: Post month-end journal accrual entries for warehouse and logistics, and support stocktake processes including inventory provision maintenance for store shrink.
  • Stock Integrity: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on stock integrity, assisting the broader Finance Operations team with queries.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to projects that enhance supply chain reporting, cost allocation methodologies, and financial controls.

 

 

What you'll bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in finance, inventory accounting, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong Excel skills (financial modelling and data analysis).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Solid understanding of inventory accounting principles, accrual accounting, reconciliations, and financial controls.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
