The Role:
As an Apparel & Footwear Specialist you will:
Be the go-to expert for all things clothing and footwear. From technical jackets to hiking boots, support customers to find the right fit, feel, and function for their adventures!
• Deliver exceptional customer service and expert advice on apparel and footwear
• Assist customers with sizing, fit, and product selection
• Provide guidance on layering, fabric technologies, and weather-appropriate clothing
• Maintain strong product knowledge across brands, styles, and seasonal ranges
• Ensure the department is well-stocked, organized, sized and visually appealing
• Support merchandising standards and promotional activities
• Work as part of a team to create a positive and engaging store environment
About You:
• Passion for outdoor lifestyle, fashion, or activewear
• Interest in footwear fitting and apparel styling for performance and comfort
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Eagerness to learn about technical fabrics and product features
• Retail or customer service experience (highly desirable.)
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability across Part-Time hours, including weekends and peak retail periods
• Full working rights within Australia
