What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the Sales & Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, optimizing demand and inventory levels with a strong focus on the end customer. Your key responsibilities will include:
Forecast Management: Regularly review, complete, and report on forecasts, ensuring clear communication of any significant variances.
Meeting Management: Lead alignment meetings with key stakeholders, driving operational and strategic recommendations.
Replenishment: Oversee weekly replenishment reviews, aligning with planners and managing ad-hoc store ordering.
Communication: Collaborate effectively with Merchandise Teams, Supply Chain, and Trade Partners to drive consensus decisions.
Process & Systems: Contribute to the continuous development of our forecasting tools and reporting, identifying and optimizing efficiencies.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of retail experience with a strong understanding of retail operations.
Demonstrated experience in forecasting and managing product demand.
Highly motivated and analytical with a passion for retail.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Outlook (SAP experience is a plus!).
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
A knack for utilizing data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Exposure to a high SKU count environment is highly desirable.
