What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead a high-performing eCommerce team: Lead and manage a team of Ecommerce Operations Administrators, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Exceptional customer service: Focus on the key customer service aspects.
  • Efficient order fulfillment: Oversee all aspects of the order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
  • Continuous process improvement: Work on optimizing operations and processes.
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints related to online orders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop strong working relationships with store teams and shared services
  • Reporting: Prepare and monitor reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

 

 

 About You:

  • Must have at least 2 + years of experience in Ecommerce Operations Administration, online fulfilment or a related field
  • Must have prior experience in managing a small team in retail environment
  • Solutions Orientated with excellent time management skills
  • Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
