What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide analytical and administration support to the Buyer.
  • Manage product registration and maintenance using Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Online content management, updating article information, images and product features.
  • Populate and manage Marketing briefs, identify key promotional lines, proof and sign off Catalogues, EDMs and Advertisements, action promotional pricing and ticket creation.
  • Communicate effectively with the Merchandise Team, Factories, Brand Trade Partners as well as Stores and the internal Support Team to build and maintain relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation and development of new products including sample approval and quality control checks.

 

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Buying Assistant, Production Assistant or Supply Coordinator role
  • Any experience or knowledge on Camp Kitchen (Stoves, Cookware, Tableware etc.) category will be advantageous
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office including Intermediate Excel, with experience in SAP and BI a bonus
  • Proactive, motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
  • Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team or autonomously with good communication skills
  • A love of the outdoors is desired but not required
