What You Will be Doing

In this hybrid role, reporting to the Group CRM & Loyalty Manager, you will support the CRM technology, manage integrations, documentation and scalability of the CRM, Marketing Automation, and customer data platforms. This role combines Marketing Technology expertise with Project Management:

Marketing Technology:

  • Optimize & maintain CRM stack across 5 brands & 4 regions.
  • Drive customer data quality, accuracy & security with IT & Insights teams.
  • Facilitate automation development & manage integrations.
  • Partner with CRM & Digital teams as customer technical & data expert.

Project Management:

  • Propose CRM process improvements for SRG efficiency.
  • Collaborate on new workflows for events & data analysis.
  • Lead discovery & documentation for MarTech initiatives.
  • Partner with agencies & internal stakeholders for project success.
  • Manage relationships with key partners for effective execution.

Overall, this role demands strong technical, communication & relationship management skills to drive continuous improvement in MarTech and related processes.

 

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (digital marketing, IT, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience managing MarTech platforms
  • Strong skills in communication, project management, team management, organization, time management, attention to detail, data analysis, problem-solving, stakeholder management.
  • Technical knowledge: data architecture, data segmentation, list management, GDPR compliance.
  • Additional qualities: analytical mindset, independent work style, curiosity, positive attitude, commercial acumen.
