About the role

The eCommerce Content team are expanding to meet the demands of our ever- growing online presence. With our online catalogue seeing consistent growth across a number of web platforms, we have a number of opportunities available.

Reporting to the e-Commerce Content Manager, you will prepare and maintain content for use across required business channels. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, collation and validation of data is a key responsibility. Other responsibilities include:

  • Producing best in class published and unpublished content for use across various business channels
  • Publishing and maintaining product data for Spotlight and Anaconda
  • Producing and publishing general content for use across SRG websites

This could be a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone seeking to build experience in Retail industry and ecommerce space

 

About you

  • Sound understanding of writing in HTML
  • Ability to produce creative, persuasive SEO copy
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to effectively prioritise tasks to ensure accurate and timely content delivery/ maintenance
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Resilience; commitment to working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse eCommerce data sets and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Sound stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team


Desirable candidates will have

  • Knowledge of the Spotlight and Anaconda brands; including its products and corporate culture
  • Market knowledge; understanding of where our brands sit within the marketplace and consumer landscape
  • Prior experience with Product Inventory Management Systems (PIM) and website content management systems (CMS)
  • A genuine love for our brands!
