The Role

And this is your chance to join our first ever Anaconda concept store in our leadership team

As an Assistant Store Manager of this new store, you will

  • Assist the Store Manager and lead a key department within the store
  • Inspire and equip your team to be experts on our products
  • Cultivate and nurture a passion for customer service, as we enable our customers to have great outdoor experiences. 
  • Assist the store manager to execute the strategic plan and deliver on operational requirements for the store
  • Be an ambassador for our vision, values, and culture


About You


This is the role for you if you

  • Love adventure activities, respect the outdoors, and are passionate about helping our customers get the best gear to create great experiences
  • Have minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in a high volume, fast paced, big box retail store
  • Industry specific (Caravans, Marine, Boats, Camp and Hike or Technical outerwear) experience in a management role is preferred, though not mandatory
  • Have experience in building, developing, inspiring and performance managing a team of 30+ team members
  • Are an intelligent retailer great business acumen, high adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills
